30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Quality Guarantee for Goatskin Hides
We stand behind the quality of our vegetable-tanned goatskin hides. If your hide arrives with defects in tanning, structural damage, or is significantly different from its description, we'll replace it or issue a full refund.
Please note: Natural marks, scars, and variations in grain are inherent characteristics of genuine goatskin and are not considered defects.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition as received and unused (inspection is acceptable)
- Items must be in their original packaging
- You must have your receipt or proof of purchase
- Hides that have been cut, dyed, or otherwise altered after delivery cannot be returned
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return
How to Start a Return
Contact us at ilan.alessio.goldschmidt@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return what you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
